Website information and construction agreements
This website provides general information about JAS Builders and residential construction. Browsing the site, using a calculator or submitting an inquiry does not create a construction agreement, reserve a construction date or authorize work. Project obligations are established by a separately executed written agreement.
Website descriptions and illustrations are not a project scope. Only work expressly included in the signed agreement is included; other work is excluded unless added by written agreement. Website content does not amend an existing contract, approved plan or written change order.
Calculator, pricing and timelines
Calculator results are for preliminary feasibility purposes only. They are not an estimate, quotation, offer or price commitment from JAS. Actual costs may fall outside the displayed ranges. A project budget requires property evaluation, engineering, permitting review and a defined written scope. Optional items, assumptions and exclusions appear with the calculator.
Published durations are planning ranges, not guaranteed completion dates. Stages may overlap. Owner decisions, permitting, utilities, weather, existing conditions, procurement and inspections can affect timing. Returning home depends on safe access, utilities and required occupancy approvals, not simply completion of the lift or structural set down.
Property specific decisions
Educational information, FAQs, diagrams and local resource links are not property specific engineering, architectural, legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Do not use a conceptual diagram as a construction plan. The responsible licensed professionals and authorities must determine the requirements for your property.
Elevation and resilient construction can reduce certain risks but do not make a property floodproof or stormproof. No specific insurance savings, resale value, tax treatment, grant eligibility, funding award or contractor assignment is promised. Program availability and requirements can change; confirm them with the official administrator before relying on funding.
Photos, illustrations, news and reviews
Images labeled “Design concept” are illustrative, including digitally generated imagery, and do not document completed JAS projects. Conceptual process illustrations do not represent every project’s design, scope or finished appearance. Actual project photos and news coverage retain their stated context and source attribution.
The homepage carousel features selected five-star review excerpts. It is not a display of every review. The overall Google rating, review count and verification date are shown separately, with links to the full Google profile. Individual experiences and project results vary.
News coverage, social posts, association logos and links identify their respective sources or organizations. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement, sponsorship or a guarantee of JAS services. External content may change or become unavailable.
